Recently, Qingdao Puhui completed the final acceptance of its 10,000-head fattening pig project in Inner Mongolia.  This project encompasses four core areas: pens, feed lines, environmental control, and water lines, with the installation and commissioning of equipment in all five fattening sheds now complete. From individual equipment configuration to system integration and linkage, from hardware installation to technical debugging, the project not only successfully implemented the equipment but also, through professional layout design, ensured the coordinated operation of all systems, maximizing the efficiency of large-scale farming and fully meeting the needs of a 10,000-head fattening operation.

At the project site, a series of customized equipment forms a highly efficient farming system, with each configuration precisely tailored to the growth needs of fattening pigs: the pen system is equipped with 100 large fattening pens and 100 double-sided feeders. The reasonable space planning balances pig activity and feeding efficiency, while the stainless steel troughs and drinking devices are durable and easy to clean, ensuring a hygienic farming environment; the feeding system is equipped with 5 feed towers and 5 matching feed lines, coupled with intelligent liquid feeders, achieving precise feeding and intelligent nutrition supply during the fattening stage; the environmental control system consists of 36 fans, 24 fans, and 54 fans, along with ventilation windows, water curtains, Side Wall Air Inlets, and warm air furnaces, creating an intelligent temperature control and ventilation network.  Precise control is achieved through intelligent environmental controllers and distribution boxes, creating a suitable growth environment for the pigs; the water supply system mainly uses 10 main water filters with medication dispensers and 10 indoor water lines, ensuring clean and stable water supply for the farm.
