Recently, the technical team of Qingdao Puhui Agricultural & Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingdao Puhui") traveled once again to Bali, Indonesia, to conduct an on-site follow-up visit to a previously delivered four-tier open-side chicken house project with a breeding capacity of 25,000 birds. Based on the customer's actual operational feedback, the team carried out multiple design improvements. Bali's tropical climate, characterized by year-round high temperatures and humidity, poses significant challenges to chicken house ventilation, cooling, and disease prevention and control. Open-side chicken houses have become a mainstream breeding model in Indonesia due to their excellent natural ventilation conditions and relatively low construction costs. The four-tier open-side chicken house project revisited by Qingdao Puhui was specifically tailored to Bali's local climate characteristics and breeding needs. The chicken house features a framed structure design with roller blinds installed around the perimeter, allowing flexible adjustment of ventilation based on seasonal and weather changes, effectively balancing ventilation with temperature control and cooling requirements.
During this follow-up visit, the Qingdao Puhui technical team went deep into the breeding site and engaged in thorough communication with the customer regarding daily operations, equipment performance, and breeding efficiency. In response to improvement suggestions raised by the customer during actual usage, the team responded promptly with refined adjustments and optimizations in areas including the environmental control system, ventilation and cooling solutions, and equipment layout. The improved design further enhanced the chicken house's operational stability and energy efficiency under tropical climatic conditions, creating a more comfortable and healthy growing environment for the 25,000 birds.
