PH Mate 20 Climate Controller for Poultry and Pig Farm

2.1Controllable circuit

X20 is a standalone climate controller. It supports:

• 8NTC Temperature sensors(6 indoor, 1 outdoor or water temperature) input

• 2 Digital input ( pulse water meter and feeding pulse)

2.2Controller chassis

It adopts a fully enclosed chassis, made of all environmentally friendly materials, and sealed with silicone rubber, which can ensure long-term dustproof, waterproof, and high-temperature resistance

2.3Touch screen display. The waterproof level and protection level are IP67 and IK08, respectively.

The display module adopts DMG series resistor screen (7 inch 800×480 resolution), can store up to 32MB of font and 256MB of images, providing a clearer and more effective interface for display, detection, and parameter settings.

2.4Control Object

The controller mainly controls systems such as fans, heating devices, Ventilation Systems, humidification systems, cooling systems, and lighting intensity.

The controller can also detect the amount of water and food, accurately controlling the living environment of livestock and poultry.

The controller can provide output and input signals of 0-10V and 4-20mA, achieving various signal detection.

2.5 Install

1) Fix the four fixing brackets inside the environmental controller to the four corners on the back of the controller with screws. φ5 mounting holes, using φ5 self tapping screws are installed on a dry wall 1 meter away from the electric control box.

2) Connect the sensor to the sensor input terminal of the environmental controller.

3) Equipped with an external drive module, the analog output (0-10V) can control the Variable frequency  fan and control the lighting.

4) Connect the relay output to the corresponding device, and the relay outputs are all dry contacts 5A/220V NO/NC.

5) Connect the 220V, 50Hz/60Hz power supply to the environmental controller through a cable and ensure proper grounding.
