Environmental control computer construction steps

1. Secure the switchboard. Attach the power distribution panel, main switchboard, and environmental control computer to the wall of the chicken house operation room (installation inside the chicken house is not permitted to prevent ammonia corrosion and facilitate cleaning and disinfection). Install the sub-switchboard outside the gable where the fan is installed (installation inside the shed will cause condensation in winter, leading to electrical leakage). Ensure the switchboard is rainproof.
2. Connect the power cables between the switches.
1. From one of the 4-pole switches on the power distribution panel, connect the 3-phase, 4-wire terminals to the corresponding terminals inside the main switchboard (ABC represents the three live wires, and NN represents the neutral wire; connect only one of the N terminals). Use four single-strand, 4-square-meter copper wires (select the wire based on your power load).
2. From one of the 4-pole switches on the power distribution panel, connect the 3-phase, 4-wire terminals to the corresponding terminals inside the sub-switchboard (ABC represents the three live wires, and N represents the neutral wire). Use three single-strand, 4-square-meter copper wires for the live wires and one 1.5-square-meter copper wire for the neutral wire (select the wire based on your power load). 3. Connecting the Control Cables from the HVAC Computer to the Main Panel
1. Open the computer cover (8 stainless steel screws).
2. Use 1-square-meter copper cables to connect the HVAC computer's internal wiring terminals for Sidewind 1 (also called Low Wind 1), High Wind 1, High Wind 2, High Wind 3, High Wind 4, High Wind 5, Cooling Pad, Lighting, and Alarm (two alarm wires) to the main panel's wiring terminals. Refer to the wiring diagram on the front panel for the wiring sequence. The wires on the main panel's signal terminals are numbered 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 2, 3, 26, and 27 (wires 26 and 27 for the alarms are numbered in no particular order).
3. Connecting the Sensors from the HVAC Computer: a. Unplug the "Room Temperature Sensor 1" terminal upwards. Connect the rightmost screw to the red wire of the temperature probe. The other two wires are optional. b. Unplug the "Oven Temperature Sensor" terminal upwards. Connect the rightmost screw to the red wire of the temperature probe. The other two wires are optional. c. Unplug the "humidity sensor" terminals. From left to right, the corresponding terminals are the blue (+5v), red (F), and yellow (GND) wires. The probes are consumable parts. Unplug and store them dry when not in use. The humidity probe's electronic components are exposed and are sensitive to water, disinfectants, and ammonia. Use them only when humidity needs to be adjusted (generally within the first ten days of chicken rearing). Store carefully at all other times.
4. Connect the power cable to the HVAC computer: Connect the 220V regulated power supply to the LLN terminals on the right side of the HVAC terminal block. N is the neutral terminal and L is the live terminal. Shorten the two L terminals with a wire.
5. Install the siren: Connect the two siren wires, each with positive and negative polarity, to the corresponding siren terminals on the main panel.
6. Install the battery: First, add acid to the battery. Then connect the positive terminal to the V+ terminal on the stainless steel power supply housing on the right side of the main panel, and the negative terminal to the V- terminal. 4. Connecting the Control Wires from the Main Panel to the Subpanel
1. Connect wires 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 from the main panel to wires 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 from the subpanel, in sequence.
5. Connecting the Load to the Subpanel
Connect the five large fans to the three left screws of CJX2 1210s 1-5, from left to right. Connect the small fan to the sixth 1210. 6. Connect the load to the main panel.
Connect the wet curtain and two-phase water pump (if three-phase, call a technician for modification). Connect the corresponding 1210 in Figure 2. The lighting can be divided into three paths. Connect the live wire to the corresponding 1210 and single-chip switch in Figure 2, in sequence.
7. Check for short circuits.
8. Press the OFF switches on all circuit breakers on the main and auxiliary panels. Turn the four group switches on the power distribution panel to the OFF position. Then connect the power distribution panel to a 380V three-phase, four-wire power supply (make sure the neutral wire is correct). Power on and debug.
1. Turn on the 4P switch on the power distribution panel corresponding to the main panel. Turn the rotary switches on the panel to stop, manual, and automatic, in sequence. Observe whether the corresponding 1210 on the main and auxiliary panels engage in manual mode. If manual mode does not engage, call a company technician. Finally, turn the rotary switches to manual mode.
2. Turn on the 4P switch on the power distribution panel corresponding to the auxiliary panel. Press the circuit breakers on in sequence. Observe whether the corresponding equipment rotates forward. If not, reverse the wiring sequence of the two phase motors. The environmental control installation is now complete!

Tips for using a small fan:
Small fan settings: Generally, if the temperature is 2-3 degrees above the target temperature, it will run continuously. If the temperature is below the set temperature, it will cycle according to the timer, which is also the minimum ventilation. As for how long the fan should be on and off, there's a simple and effective method:
1. Setting the off time: Before the small fan automatically turns on, enter the chicken house. If there's only a slight ammonia smell inside, the fan is off at the right time. Otherwise, if there's a strong ammonia smell, reduce the off time. If there's no ammonia smell at all, increase the off time appropriately.
2. Setting the on time: If the temperature inside the chicken house doesn't change significantly (not below the target temperature) and the air is fresh and clear immediately after the small fan is turned on, the on time is right. If there's still a noticeable ammonia smell, the on time is too short. If there's no ammonia smell, but the temperature fluctuates significantly, or the heater needs to be turned on every time the small fan is turned on, the on time is too long. Managing the fan settings is crucial for chicken farming. Properly configured, it not only ensures a fresh, 24-hour environment for broilers, but also provides gentle ventilation, reducing stress and preventing frequent activation of the heater in winter.

Wet curtain spraying tips:
When the wet curtain reaches the opening temperature, it automatically opens, runs for the set time, and then stops for the set time. If the temperature does not drop below the opening temperature, the cycle restarts. If it does, the cycle stops. The wet curtain operating time is the time it takes for the wet curtain to be completely wetted, generally around 5 minutes. The stop time is the time it takes from being wetted to being dry, generally 15-20 minutes. As long as the wet curtain is moist, it will be effective. This control method ensures effectiveness while saving energy and extending the lifespan of the wet curtain.
