This shipment includes a complete auger-based chain feeding system specifically engineered for breeder ducks to ensure uniform feed distribution and minimize waste.

4. Evaporative Cooling Pad System
To combat high ambient temperatures, we have supplied a complete cooling pad system.

• Components: High-quality cellulose cooling pads (typically 15cm thickness) with a rigid aluminum frame, a recirculation water pump system, PVC pipework, and a water filtration unit.

• Impact: When integrated with the ventilation system, this provides effective adiabatic cooling, reducing the incoming air temperature by up to 10-12°C. This is essential for preventing heat stress, maintaining feed intake, and ensuring consistent egg production during hot weather.

5. Radiant Heating System
For the brooding phase of ducklings, the shipment includes a reliable radiant heating system.

• Components: Gas brooders or hot water pipes with heat exchangers (depending on the customer's fuel preference), thermostatic temperature sensors, and safety control valves.

• Purpose: This system creates a warm floor zone, mimicking the natural warmth of a mother duck. It ensures ducklings have immediate access to heat, promoting strong starts, reducing mortality rates, and encouraging uniform growth from day one.
